Welcome to Trainivaro. These terms govern your access to and use of the Site operated by Trainivaro.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any offering, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Services
Trainivaro offers director and executive coaching programs (Services). Services may include one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and personalized guidance delivered online or in person by professional coaches.
3. Information Products
Trainivaro provides digital materials such as recorded seminars, worksheets, and guides (Digital Products). All Digital Products are licensed for personal use only.
4. Physical Goods
Trainivaro may offer physical items (Goods), such as printed materials or branded merchandise, shipped to your specified address.
5. Pricing and Payment
All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are due in full prior to delivery. Payment methods accepted are credit card and direct bank transfer.
6. Refund, Reimbursement, and Rescheduling
We apply distinct policies based on the type of offering:
- Services: You may request to reschedule a coaching session by providing at least 48 hours notice. If Trainivaro cancels a session, you will receive a full reimbursement within 14 days of cancellation. No reimbursement is available once a session has commenced.
- Digital Products: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days of the request.
- Goods: You may send back unopened Goods within 14 days of delivery. Shipments must be prepaid. Once received and inspected, a reimbursement will be issued within 10 days.

7. No Reimbursement for Completed Sessions
Because Services involve the reservation of coach time and resources, no reimbursement is possible after a session is completed. This ensures fairness and availability for all participants.
8. Modifications
Trainivaro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
